Arts & Cultural Festival

March 5 & 6, 2011
Saturday 9am - 4pm | Sunday 10am - 4pm

Join the Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Alliance (SAACA) for two days of family-friendly fun Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 at the northwest campus of Pima Community College.

The fourth-annual Southern Arizona Arts and Cultural Festival features four main program areas, including: children's hands-on arts activities and Southern Arizona’s largest inflatable playland as well as various historical and educational displays; displays by area non-profit organizations; cultural food sales by local and international food vendors; and exhibits by more than 80 artists from around the world, featuring paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics and photographs.

Each program area should reflect the rich cultural heritage of Southern Arizona and its surrounding regions.

The festival also will feature performances by local musicians on both Saturday and Sunday on the main stage.

Admission is free of charge. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 5 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 6 at the PCC Northwest Campus, 7600 N. Shannon Road.
